  1952 - (T5) - 21" (54cm) console, Radio-Phono-6 channel TV, Size 62 cm wide x 55 cm deep including CRT housing x 115 cm high
               This set was made to handle the 819-Line B&W broadcast system, which was abandoned in the early 50s, in favor or the more commonly used European 625-line system .

Note:  The French experimented with an 819-line color system from the late 1960s until 1986, then ultimately switched to the 625 system for color broadcasts.
