1950-1959 Tesla Television - Czech Republic 


Television was first broadcast in Czechoslovakia on 1-5-1953.  The first Czech TV sets were made by Tesla.

1953 Tesla 4001A - Czech -  (28K bytes)     1953 -  (4001A) - The first Czech television, 10" tabletop. This model was sold until 1957.


 


1954 Tesla 4002A -Czech- (24K bytes)      1954 - (4002A) - 10" tabletop with AM-MW-LW radio. Produced and sold until 1957.

1956 Tesla 4202A -Czech- (20K bytes)      1956 - (4202A "Akvarel") - 14" tabletop, 12 channels (only 2 used).
 

1957 Tesla 4102U - Czech - (16K bytes)     1957 - (4102U "Mánes") - 14" tabletop, 6 channels.  Sold until 1959.



 

[need photo]     1957 - (4203A "Athos") - 17" tabletop, 12 channels (only 2 used).  Updated model sold 1958-1959.
